Plex Noir is arriving in Winnipeg March 9-11, 2012 . It’s going to be an amazing weekend of dancing, live music, and other social activities. For our theme, think Blade Runner, think The Maltese Falcon. Just imagine what happens at midnight when the clock strikes 12.
